Job: RGN/RMN - Nights, Four Seasons Health Care

Welcome to Four Seasons Health Care, an independent healthcare provider of nursing homes, care homes and other specialist units throughout the UK.

We are currently seeking to recruit RGN/RMN to work in night shifts.

Aims of post:

1. To ensure that high standards of resident and family care are maintained at all times, under the direction of the Home Manager.

2. To maintain and motivate a professional and efficient staff and exercise leadership as part of the nursing team.

3. To maintain a homely atmosphere and create a dignified environment.

4. To ensure that all necessary standards are maintained in compliance with Four Seasons health care and Health Authority Guidelines.

5. To provide support and advice to all nursing staff during night duty within a given area.

Minimum Qualifications:

Registered General Nurse/Registered Mental Nurse currently registered with NMC
