Job: Area Facilities Management, Anders Elite

Our client is seeking an Area FM to manage their portfolio of buildings in the North West. As AFM you will have responsibility to manage total services in the buildings but have a specific technical responsibility to Mechanical and Electrical contracts. Our client requires an individual who can tightly manage service level agreements and KPI's with specialist sub contractors across mechanical and electrical services, HVAC and door entry systems and CCTV. In addition candidates will be up to date with all legislation in regards to statutory regulations such as Fire Risk, Legion Ella and periodic inspections.

Candidates must be qualified to at least HNC/HND in a mechanical, electrical or Building services related degree. In addition candidates with Facilities Management qualification would also be at an advantage.

This is a permanent position but the client would consider temporary to permanent candidates.
