Job: Building Facilities Manager, Anders Elite

Our client is recruiting a Building Facilities Manager to manage all Facilities activities on one of Liverpool's most prestigious buildings. The Building FM will be the primary responsible person for all the buildings Facilities function and act as liaison between the Facilities management company and the client. They will be the first point of contact and manage all sub contractors and in house activities, ensuring that the buildings fabric is properly maintained and that all procedures, policy and systems are followed through. In addition they will be responsible for health and safety on site and always act to minimise risk.

Suitable candidates will also have experience in budgetary control and monitoring performance of contractors via KPI's and SLA's.

The right candidate for this role will have an excellent focus toward customer services and have a "can do, will do" attitude.
