We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, with a faultless Health & Safety record to look after new build shopping centre in Merseyside.

The build is a single storey, steel frame building. Build value is approx £3.5 million.

The key factor in this build is that the site is "live" and as such has public access through many area's of the site. The successful candidate will have fantastic public awareness, be able to co-ordinate sub-contractors/site traffic and employees through a busy shopping centre.

If you are a stickler for detail, have a keen eye for health and safety and have worked in "live" environments before, we would like to hear from you.

Candidates should hold a valid CITB SMSTS, First Aid certificate and CSCS Card.

This is a freelance position and is planned to run until November/December 2008.
