Job: Estimator, Fastrac Resourcing Solutions Ltd

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest growing main contractors.

Our client turnover in the region of £200 million and carry out a wide and diverse range of building and refurbishment projects throughout the North West , including social housing, retail, education, health, leisure and commercial sectors.

Due to continued growth within the region, our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join them on a permanent basis.

As a key member of the commercial team, your role as estimator will include the following key accountabilities:

- Coordination of tender bid and pre contract activities

- Preparation of sound and competitive net estimate.

- handover and presentation of tender bids to the construction team.

You will be a highly organised individual, used to scheduling your workload to ensure time sensitive documents are dealt with in order. You will have a demonstrable background of successful tendering coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
