Job: Sales Executive (Warm Calling), D&I Recruitment Services Ltd

Our client a large company based in Ashton-in-Makerfield is looking to recruit experienced Telesales (Warm Calling) staff to join their team. The company is situated close to the M6 Motorway and offers excellent surroundings with free car parking.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales and customers services, ideally in the financial or finance sector but the sector is not essential. You will be calling leads given from other financial companies to see if you can help the client to get out of financial difficulty. You will be giving advice to customers with regards to Debt Management, IVA's and other financial products under the company arm. You will be required to be sympathetic to your clients needs and advise and sell the benefits of taking up one of the company products. You must be self-motivated and have the hunger to hit targets set to you by your manager.

In return the company will offer a salary of 12k - 13k OTE 15k - 18k plus full support in training and development to reach your goals.
