Job: Call Centre Advisor, D&I Recruitment Services Ltd

Our client a dynamic and expanding company based in Carrington is looking to recruit experienced Outbound Call Centre staff to join their team. The company is situated close to the M60 Motorway and offers with free car parking and excellent on-site facilities. The company are relocating in the New Year towards the Sale / Altrincham area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling and customers services. You will be calling leads given from other financial companies and through the company website to see if you can help the client to get out of financial difficulty. You will be giving advice to customers with regards to Debt Management, IVA's and other financial products under the company arm. You will be required to be sympathetic to your clients needs and advise them on the benefits of taking up one of the company products. Once you have gained an interest in the company products you will then forward the client on to a Sales Advisor. You must be self-motivated and have the hunger to hit targets set to you by your manager. Full training will be given on all the company products.

In return the company will offer a salary of 13k - 15k + up to 6k per annum in KPI bonuses and £25 paid on every deal completed (uncapped) plus full support in training and development to reach your goals.
