Job: Sales Executive, DPS Consultant Surveyors

About us:

DPS Consultant Surveyors Ltd offer a unique service to businesses, enabling them to take control of their business rates and expenditure. Non-domestic rates (or business rates) are levied against all business in the UK but, for the most part, they are just assesments and may be inacurrate.

DPS can carry out a rating survey by taking measurements of the parts of properties that are rateable. We make a very detailed inspection to ensure for example that all disability allowances are claimed for ... such as poor access/layout etc. We can usually give you an idea as to the correct rates payable and that an appeal is worthwhile.

The role:

You will be contacting businesses who may be unaware that they can contest their rates, and arranging a meeting with one of our expert surveyors. In many cases we can save businesses money, and what business can ignore the opportunity to reduce their overheads?

We will train the right candidate in all aspects of business and surveying, enabling them to confidently discuss all aspects of the range of services we offer

We offer great working conditions, a great salary and an uncapped commision rate that could see the succesful candidate earning £40k.
