Our client is looking for a natural, experienced telesales manager and leader. Someone who has exceptional target setting, coaching & motivational experience. You will have excellent business and commercial acumen, along with a positive approach in everything you do. You will already posses strong managerial skills and abilities in order to manage in an ever-changing, target-focused environment, such as this one. Our client is looking for a confident, target driven Telesales Manager to performance manage and drive the sales team forward in a positive, pro-active manner. This is a senior position within a well-established company, as such, experience in Telesales management and people/performance management is an absolute necessity
