One of the best employers in Greater Manchester are looking to add Creditor Liaison Officers to their already successful team.

The purpose of the role is to actively maintain and improve on the current relationship with the creditors, ensuring the service remains efficient and that information is provided accurately. To ensure any difficulties are identified and improvements suggested and implemented.

To negotiate reduced settlement arrangements, taking into consideration the clients financial circumstances and ensuring the arrangement agreed is advantageous to the client and the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. To effectively act upon creditor information received in relation to client accounts.

2. General data input of client information.

3. Analysing information received and pro-actively identifying discrepancies.

4. To build and maintain creditor relationships by way of pro-active communication, both written and verbal.

5. To effectively deal with all associated creditor administration in order to satisfy creditor requirements.

6. To provide efficient communication channels with other departments.

7. To provide accurate monthly reports on creditor activity.

8. To negotiate mutually acceptable reduced settlement figures with the creditors and debt management arrangements.

9. To give feedback where necessary to the Creditor Liaison Team Leaders.

Hours are flexible between 7am and 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays

5. Be a team player and provide additional support to the department.
