Project Manager - Systems Analyst –This market leading software house specialise in the supply of financial administration software to the corporate and public sector markets.

ROLE: Team management of software development staff (up to 7), including line management, mentoring, recruitment. You will be responsible for delivering and managing development projects and enhancements, estimating and planning work and projects, analysis of business requirements, producing detailed design specifications and testing enhancements against specification. In addition you will act as lead on small projects and generally contribute to the improvement of development standards. This role will involve some travel to client sites.

You must possess a strong background in software development which will include team leading and project management. You should possess some commercial experience of Java or Cobol, of advantage would be experience in the financial sector, SQL Server/Oracle. You should be accustomed to working in a high pressure team environment.

Please note that our client has very stringent educational requirements and will only consider candidates educated to degree level (min2:1) with strong A level results.
