Our client is an IT systems integration and IT hardware provider who specialise in the installation and support of networks. Acting as resellers for IT hardware manufacturers such as HP Compaq, Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Cisco, 3Com. An equal opportunities employer who is currently seeking a high level, strong calibre internal sales professional with a proven IT hardware/IT reseller sales background.

Role

A full sales cycle role where responsible for selling IT products in to a range of private and public sector organisations including education. Selling a range of products from PCs through to data centre supply and installation. Contacting new companies with leads via the company database or from internal/external sales leads. Identifying the company decision-maker, understanding needs, selling on benefits, closing business, confirming sales appointments, supplying proposals and recommending manufacturer’s products. Also contact existing companies regarding further requirements to up-sell, cross-sell and increase revenue with accounts. To achieve an agreed monthly sales target. To ensure systems are continually updated with all relevant, accurate customer information and pipeline. To complete all project management and sales documentation at all stages of the sales cycle as required. Responsible for identifying any potential credit control issues with customers and make the finance team aware. To ensure all products and services purchased on behalf of the customer are done so through the approved supplier list and through the agreed purchasing process.

Experience required
