Omega Engineering is a world leading manufacturer of quality instrumentation for Process Measurement & Control with its European Headquarters based in Irlam, Manchester.

We are currently looking for a part time Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include processing orders received by telephone, e-mail or fax.

The role also includes liaising with Omega Sales Engineers to provide a prompt response to incoming enquiries and quotation requests, as well as interacting with internal departments to resolve any customer queries.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to use their initiative due to the diverse customer and territorial responsibility, whilst providing efficient and excellent customer service at all times.

You should have good written & verbal communication and excellent computer skills, with experience working in a sales/office environment.
