We are seeking an experienced General Manager, who as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the operation, will also be an inspirational, strong, energetic leader committed to leading, motivating and inspiring your team, as well as possessing a flair for delivering the highest levels of customer service, focusing heavily on customer wow. Combining excellent organisational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to drive sales, you will have the confidence and experience to take this established restaurant to its full potential.
