Co-ordinate all elements of the Brand roll-out incorporated within the refurbishment, cold start and relocation programme

Co-ordination of Mystery shop pass information rec'd from Group

Liase with Operations and Marketing for signage, window visuals and POS approval

Placing of orders with contractors

Process invoices for re-charge to CERs and payment

Monitor supplier/contractor performance

Managing the order processing system and producing MI

General administration duties

PC Skills: Must include email, excel, word and Microsoft project

Ability to use initiative

Good communication skills

Ability to make decisions

Able to prioritise

Able to work under pressure

Ability to multitask

Good organisational skills, able to be adaptable with attention to detail

Team work

Previous administration experience essential

Hours - 8.30am - 4.45pm

Lunch - 45 minutes

Holidays - 23 days + stats
