Job: Personal Finance Manager, Purple Personnel - Manchester

The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers who are currently on a debt management plan, answering any queries that they may have, conducting budgetary reviews with them as required and completing any necessary administrative tasks (writing letters, reports etc).

You will have your own customer base that you will be responsible for and you will therefore need to be able to work on your own initiative, managing your time effectively to complete all tasks in the timescales required.

This will suit you if you are career minded, can work on your initiative and have good communication skills. Experience of working to targets will also be essential.
