Our client are a successful training provider who deliver Apprenticeships and various Train to Gain programmes, in Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, Business Improvement Techniques, Manufacturing, and Health & Safety. They currently have a vacancy for a Quality Manager to develop a strategic outlook for Quality within the company. The chosen candidate will be part of the Senior Management Team responsible for all quality issues and line manager for Internal Verification.

The ideal person will have;

A strong background in Internal Verification

The ability to develop robust policies and procedures

Experience of an Ofsted/ALI inspection preferably as Nominee.

A strong personality who is willing to listen but also deliver strong opinions to form decisions as part of the management team.

Must be willing to attend LSC meetings both locally and nationally to be aware of current thinking.

The company are offering a competitive salary package along with 33 days holiday (inc bank hols) and working hours between 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 3:30 on Friday
