Our professional advisory teams deliver high quality advice based services including Employment Law & Human Resources, Health and Safety and Tax to organisations of all sizes, combining client facing, web-based and advice line delivery methods.

Primarly this role is to support our advisory teams by providing a first line response to all clients. This is a key role within our service delivery team and involves the management of advice line call activity, both inbound and outbound; escalation of calls to our expert advisers using case and call management technology and assisting clients with queries relating to our web-based services. In addition, the co-ordinators will support the internal HR and H&S function.

The successful candidates will have the following characteristics:

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Experience in customer relationship management

A focus on the customer experience and therefore excel in customer service delivery

Confident operating within a client-facing environment

Advanced IT and keyboard skills

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work flexibly to deadlines and constructively to feedback

Proficient written communication skills

Although not essential, experience in an HR function would be advantageous for this role.
