Basic Negotiable (£18k-£23k DOE) + Uncapped OTE, realistic £40k

Our client is currently offering an ideal opportunity for a skilled consultant seeking a new role within a successful and established organisation which values its employees and encourages success. Targets are focused on revenue (as opposed to micro managed KPIs) and consultants benefit from an excellent commission structure.

All consultants are autonomous and are highly results oriented. The Branch has a number of divisions dedicated to diverse disciplines and opportunities are currently available within Commercial, Engineering and Finance due to clearly defined objectives and growth strategies. The Recruitment Consultant functions within this organisation always contain a healthy mix of new business development and account management therefore it is essential applicants are skilled in the full cycle and are accustomed to maximising and maintaining key client accounts.

Commission: Commission is based on monthly revenue and a % paid on all revenue generated once the threshold has been exceeded. If targets are achieved there is an additional quarterly and annual bonus available as such there is a huge potential to earn good money and realistic OTEs from £30k plus.
