- Salary:Excellent salary package
Process customer orders and contracts. Order book reconciliation. Query resolution. Proactive order book management with the appropriate Account Manager on one's own accounts from order receipt to delivery. Liasing with Logistics and Buying to identify stock/order status, through ALM and day to day contact. Resolution ( and escalation when required), of issues eg. Shortages, complaints order fulfilment problems. Help to monitor and ensure standards of department within the team. Develop and maintain customer focus by identifying and day to day operational issues. Visit customers in their working environment on a regular basis.
ASSESSMENT DAY ON 24TH APRIL FROM 9AM - 12NOON.
Hours - 8.45am - 4.45pm
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 25 days + stats
