- Salary:£12-14,000 exp may improve
Due to continued expansion a post has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator based in our modern offices in Accrington
The successful candidate will demonstrate the follow skill sets
• Good understanding of windows
• Teamwork is essential
• Experience with Microsoft Software - Word etc.
• Strong administrative and co-ordination skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent communications skills
• Booking appointments with customers for the fit of the system
• Liaising with external fitting teams
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to see a project through to completion

We offer 12-14k dependant on experience and the chance to work in a fast paced technical environment
Previous experience of organising engineers in the field would be an advantage but not essential .
