Grenache restaurant is a fine dining experience that offers its customers not just exquisite cuisine but what can only be described as a decadent dining experience.

 

Its mission statement is “to become one of Manchester’s fine dining experiences by producing exquisite, exciting cuisine, flavoured with subtle undertones from around the world and accompanied by exceptional wines, all served in comfortable, warm and relaxing surroundings” – this sums up the aims and expectations of its owner, Huss Abbas.

 

The restaurant boasts a comfortable bar area on the first floor where customers can relax with a pre or post dinner drink and the main restaurant on the ground floor which can seat 40 diners.

 

About its owner

 

Huss offers the very best of local and regional ingredients and also on delivering excellent customer service.  He truly believes in treating each customer to a unique dining experience. 

 

With many years experience as a head chef, Huss is passionate about training all his staff to the highest standard and helping them to become the best that they can be. 

 

About the team

 

The team in Grenache are exactly that – a team!  They believe in supporting each other, offering the best in customer service and regularly socialise together.  

 

Huss works as the front of house, greeting customers as they arrive and is supported by a head waiter and bar manager.  He is also assisted by a team of waiters and waitresses.

 

After work employees are encouraged to wind down with a drink or some food before they leave.
