About City West Housing Trust
City West Housing Trust is a new, not-for-profit social landlord, set up to receive 14,500 homes from Salford City Council after a ballot of tenants last year. New Prospect currently manage the homes on behalf of the council, during 2008 the ownership of all council homes in west Salford, and permanent staff working for New Prospect, will transfer to City West Housing Trust. City West will be responsible for managing and improving the homes in close consultation with tenants and residents.
